Getting started

So, why bother to set up a blog when the chances of anyone ever reading it are about as remote as Labour winning the next General Election. Perhaps it is this total guarantee of remaining anonymous that appeals most. Not that anyone will really be that bothered by the meanderings of drunken owd git like me anyway. But maybe somebody, soemwhere will stumble over this, quite by accident of course. Maybe that's not the point, perhaps all I need is somewhere just to let off a bit of steam and verbal bile against the shit that constitutes the modern world. A place to consign my deranged rants to to the vastness of cyberspace.
